Plan Sponsor participating in the Early Retiree Reinsurance Program (ERRP) from The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services were given until December 31st, 2014 to use their ERRP funds in a manner specified by the ERRP Statue (which can be found here), so don’t forget to use your ERRP funds as soon as possible before time runs out!
