Supervises processing center staff and trains and mentors new staffers. Responsible for providing support services in handling incoming telephone calls, mailings, emails and other forms of electronic communications from our clients and their member participants. Handles very sensitive and confidential information that must be entered accurately and appropriately, and then store those documents into our document management systems and proprietary software tools. Effectively handles disgruntled callers who request to speak to a supervisor or whose calls are escalated by Processing Center Level 1 staff. Ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in the data being entered, and then report back to management with any issues or concerns. Creates the monthly schedule to ensure appropriate staffing levels for current client projects.
